Twenty one three-story, two-bay brick Queen Anne/Colonial Revival twin residences organized in an AAB_CCAABBCCAABBCCAABBBB pattern. Distinguishing features of the A style include 1st story front porch, 2-story projecting bay at 2nd and 3rd stories with conical roof and finial, bracketed cornice, gambrel slate roof. Distinguishing features of B style units include 1st story front porch, 2nd story projecting bay with swag motif, 6/6 sash, arched windows at 3rd story grouped in three, tall gable peak dormer, gambrel slate roof, small rectangular window at peak of dormer. Distinguishing features of C units include 1st story porch, 2nd story projecting bay with swag motif, 3rd story peak dormer with pressed metal classical detailing and paired windows. 5009 has been demolished. Porch posts remain on nearly all units, though many balustrades have been replaced. 21 Contributing.

Twenty two three-story, two-bay brick Queen Anne/Colonial Revival twin residences organized in an AABBCCAABBCCAABBCCAABB pattern. Distinguishing features of the A style include 1st story front porch, 2-story projecting bay at 2nd and 3rd stories with conical roof and finial, bracketed cornice, gambrel slate roof. Distinguishing features of B style units include 1st story front porch, 2nd story projecting bay with swag motif, 6/6 sash, arched windows at 3rd story grouped in three, tall gable peak dormer, gambrel slate roof, small rectangular window at peak of dormer. Number 5046 – 2nd story bay and tripled 3rd story windows. Number 5048 – one arched window and two paired smaller rectangular windows at 2nd story and two 1/1 sash at 3rd story. 2 Contributing.

Twenty-six three-story, reddish orange brick Colonial Revival twins with Mediterranean influence. Distinguishing features include first story classical columned porch with projecting section denoting entrance location, second story pressed metal bay with classical pilasters and brackets, third story windows in alternating Palladian and arched configuration, steeply pitched hipped roof with wide bracketed eaves, alternating hipped and gabled dormers. Some original clay tiled roofs. 26 Contributing.
