Nine, three-and-one-half-story, two-bay, orange brick, Colonial Revival, rowhouses in the AAABBBAAA pattern. All have front yards. Distinguishing features of A) classical columned porch with bracketed cornice, first floor stained glass transom window, second floor bay window with denticulated cornice, third floor elliptical arched windows flanked by brick pilasters, brick wall decoration, paired window hipped dormer, Spanish roof tiles on mansard roof; B) columned porch with bracketed cornice, second floor bay window with modillioned cornice and pilasters between windows, third floor paired segmental arch windows, brick wall decoration, single arched window in flemish gable dormer. 9 Contributing.

Second story contains a slightly projecting bracketed gable bay with applied decoration. Front garden plots surrounded by low brick walls. Sash in 1/1 and 6/1 configurations.
