Marie Eisenlohr residence. Two and one half-story, detached French Renaissance, H-plan, brick house. Square headed two-over-two dropped window sash, Ionic columned porches. Steeply pitched slate covered hipped roof with metal coping and pinnacles, gabled and arched pedimented dormers, tall end chimneys. Constructed in 1905 for the Eisenlohr family, owners of Conco Cigar Company. First addition was constructed in 1947; the addition of center wing in 1961; the addition of four-story office building on South side in 1962; the largest wing added in 1971. All additions in matching cream-colored brick with slate covered mansard and pedimented dormers. Tall decorative iron fence surrounds large yard and parking area. 1 Contributing.
