Distinguishing features include iron fence around small front yard, first floor bay window with paired segmentally arched windows, segmentally arched windows with 2/2 sash, modillioned cornice, pedimented dormers in mansard roof with slate shingles, ground floor windows altered, originally each two arched 2/4 sash. 2 Contributing. Distinctive features of A) stone fence, front yards, classical columned porch, quoins, bay window with ionic columned detailing, grouped windows under stained glass arched transom, flemish gable with oriel window, and iron railing over second floor bay window; B) stone fence, classical columned porch, quoins, bay window with ionic columned detailing, and eyebrow dormer windows. 3 Contributing.

Distinguishing features include columned porch with denticulated cornice, brownstone lintels and sills, terra cotta beltcourses, pressed metal cornice with finials. 401 has a north facade that is stuccoed and has 2 metal bays as well as wraparound metal cornice. 5 Contributing. Four, three-story, two-bay, Wissahickon schist, Italianate rowhouses, arranged in tripartite composition with central pavilion rising to three stories and flanked by three-story wings. Distinguishing features include central pedimented cornice between 413-415, bay window, paired semi-circular arched entrance doors under paired pedimented entrance, paired windows, brownstone lintels and sills, two-over-two windows, quoins, bracketed and modillioned cornice. 4 Contributing.
