Sixteen, three-story, brick, stucco and half-timber row of impressive Mediterranean/Tudor/Colonial Revival twin residences. The outer of the eight twins was designed in the Mediterranean style with barrel shingled roofs, stuccoed third floors with inset tiles and arcaded porches. Flanking two central Colonial Revival houses are four half-timbered doubles, two on either side. Classically detailed dormers, breaking through hipped roofs.
