Fifteen three-story, two-bay brick Queen Anne/Classical Revival twin residences organized in an ABBCCDDAAEEDDBB pattern. Distinguishing features of the A units include 1st story porch, 2nd and 3rd story corner turrets with decorative wood shingling and arched window openings topped with an inverted bell roof. Complex roofline comprised of a mansard and front gable. 1/1 sash in both rectangular and arched forms. Distinguishing features of the B units include 1st story porch with centered pediment, 2nd story projecting bay, 3rd story mansard with Flemish gable and paired windows. Distinguishing features of the C units include 1st story porch, 2nd story projecting bay, 3rd story arched windows, tall gable frontice, stone front facade. Distinguishing features of the D units include 1st story porch, 2nd story paired rectangular window openings with wide projecting flat hood, 3rd story paired windows with wide bracketed cornice, flat hipped roof and tall chimneys. Distinguishing features of the E units include 1st story porch, side entrance with paired windows, 2nd story bay, 3rd story hipped dormer penetrating shallow mansard. 15 Contributing.
